Jaffa Bliss Balls
These taste amazing!! So simple and quick. Thank goodness these are healthy because one just isn't enough! The perfect healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 cup desiccated coconut, for rolling
Blend all ingredients together, except the 1 cup of desiccated coconut. Once mixture is smooth roll into balls and then coat them in the remaining desiccated coconut.
